About Tim

Tim has 30+ years in ministry working in a variety of settings and ages.  He has served as a youth pastor for Faith Baptist Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He created and developed the youth ministry program at The Chapel in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He has worked with high school and middle school youth as a Campus Life Director for Garrett Youth for Christ, Fort Wayne Youth for Christ and Adams, Wells and Jay Counties Youth for Christ.  He has also served as ministry coordinator at Youth for Christ.  Tim spent the last six years as head pastor at The Fountain Community Church in Bluffton, Indiana.

Tim has spent the last 30 years speaking at camps, retreats and conferences.  His excellent storytelling skills combined with humor are powerful tools he uses to relate God's message.  His relational style offstage make him a speaker that is requested over and over again.  He has spent the last 13 years as the high school youth speaker at Portage Lake

Covenant Bible Camp.  It was there over a decade ago, a staff member give him the title "Speaker Guy Tim" or "SGT" for short.  Tim considers it an honor to be given the privilege of spreading God's message.  He loves seeng lives touched by the power of the Word.  He is humbled to know that numerous of his past youth group members and students he has mentored have gone into full time Christian ministry.
